Loading cutting drawings: Import the drawing files that need to be cut into the control system of the laser cutting machine. Common file formats include DXF, DWG, PLT, etc. Ensure that the dimensions and positions of the drawings are correct to avoid deviations during cutting.

Fixed cutting material: Place the material to be cut on the workbench and use a fixing clip or magnet to secure the material, ensuring that it does not move or vibrate during the cutting process.

Focusing and Alignment: Adjust the height and focal length of the laser head to focus the laser beam on the surface of the material. Use alignment tools or software for precise alignment to ensure that the cutting path is consistent with the drawing.

Start cutting program: After confirming that the cutting parameters and material are fixed correctly, start the cutting program. The laser cutting machine will cut according to the preset path. During the operation, maintain observation to ensure normal cutting. If any abnormalities are found, immediately stop the operation and troubleshoot.
